RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you and your pup to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility for Dog Clothing
· Email us at cswonger@rockysstylesquad.com
· Items must be unused, unwashed, in new condition and in original packaging.
· All original tags must be attached.
· Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivered date.
· Request received after the 14-day delivered date window may not be eligible for a refund.
· Final sale items can not be returned or
refunded.
Exchanges for Dog Clothing
Due to our limited inventory and small-batch product offerings, we are unable
to offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please
place a new order for the desired item (subject to availability).
Return Shipping for Dog Clothing
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping
charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact
us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Refunds for Dog Clothing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Dog Toy Refund & Return Policy
For the health and safety of our customers and their pets, all dog toy sales are final. Dog toys are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Toy Safety: Always supervise your pet while playing with toys. No dog toy
is indestructible. Regularly inspect toys for signs of damage or excessive wear
and discontinue use if the toy becomes damaged or if pieces become loose or
detached.
