Our Return Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you and your pup to love your purchase! If you are
not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned under the following
conditions:

Return Eligibility

· Email us at cswonger@rockysstylesquad.com

· Items must be unused, unwashed, in new condition and in original packaging.

·  All original tags must be attached.

·  Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the original shipment date.

· Items received after the 14-day return window may not be eligible for a refund.

·  Final sale items can not be returned or
refunded.

Exchanges

Due to our limited inventory and small-batch product offerings, we are unable
to offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please
place a new order for the desired item (subject to availability).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping
charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact
us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
